Andie’s curiosity about people and places inspired her love for languages and her passion for travel. Born in Montserrat, Andie grew up in Barbados and as a teen moved with her family to the US. After graduating from Howard University and Harvard Law School, she had an early stint as a corporate lawyer in Eastern Europe and Latin America before pivoting into the global development sector, where she works as strategist focused on sustainability. Andie's short stories have appeared in The Caribbean Writer, Delmarva Review and other publications, and her work on sustainability has been published in Ghana Web and Business Daily Africa. She lives in New York City.
